 ISBN: 0743435990

Worlds of Honor #4. A collection of stories about Lady Dame Honor Harrington's world.

The stories are:
Promised Land
by Jane Lindskold
With One Stone by Timothy Zahn
A Ship Named Francis by John Ringo & Victor Mitchell
Let's Go to Prague by John Ringo
Fanatic by Eric Flint
The Service of the Sword by David Weber.

Reviewer - D. H. BROWN writes:

In David Weber's Honor Harrington series the point is truly driven home that no one person is an island & that we all are part of concentric rings & ripples touching one another.

In Worlds of Honor #4 David Weber brings together a cast of authors who represents, in my humble estimation, the absolute best of what's happening in science fiction today.

These authors, laying aside to a great degree their usual style of writing, have taken from David Weber the best & imprinted it with their own. It cannot be said enough that the main theme is a thread that goes to character & the honor with which lives are led.

I know I've said it before in reviewing an Honor Harrington book & with that acknowledgement believe it can't be said enough The Content of Our Character is what truly makes heroes, great & small.

I personal feel that reading any or all of this series of books will help build character in any teenager exposed to it.

All of the stories contained in The Service of the Sword are grand additions to the overall body of this work. & a definite credit to the authors involved.

I loved it. I recommend it. & it will become a part of my re-read list in years to come.
